Louis Adandé


Louis Adandé is an experienced board member and former banking CEO.

He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of a pan African banking group and an African regional mortgage refinancing company. He has experience as a Chairman of the board as well as a member or Chair of various board committees including Risk, Technology, Audit and Governance committees.

As a board director, Louis focuses on growth and value creation. He also uses his risk management skills to improve the quality of the company’s earnings and constructively embrace innovation.   

Louis is the Founder & CEO of Saoti Finance, a consulting firm focusing on Africa. The company provides risk management expertise to African banks and fund-raising advice to African SME’s.

Prior to founding Saoti Finance, Louis enjoyed a rich career with Citigroup in Africa, running subsidiaries and businesses and serving the corporate, financial institutions as well as the sovereign markets. He lived in 4 different countries and worked in an additional 8 countries in Africa.

Louis holds an MBA from HEC Paris, a BA from IEP Paris and a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University. He holds the Qualified Risk Director® designation from the DCRO Institute
