Richard​​​​ Adeniyi‑Jones

Richard is an Associate Director at EOS at Federated Hermes, focusing on engagement and stewardship in the EMEA region. He has over 9 years’ experience in the investment industry. Richard previously spent 5 years at Capital Group, most recently as a Senior Analyst in their Global Stewardship & Engagement team. In this role, he was responsible for company engagement, proxy voting and stewardship reporting for companies across the EMEA region, working alongside the investment team. Prior to this, he spent over 2 years at the Investment Association as a member of the IVIS team and as a Policy Adviser in the Corporate Governance team.
