Arthur Campredon 

 

Arthur Campredon is Director of Footprint Measurement at CDC Biodiversité and is a member of its Executive Committee. He is charge of developing and deploying quantitative solutions to assess biodiversity risks, impacts and dependencies in particular through the Global Biodiversity Score (GBS). Before joining CDC Biodiversité, Arthur was Deputy Head of the Sustainable Finance Office at the French Treasury (French Ministry of Finance). He had the opportunity to play an active role in establishing a regulatory framework designed to encourage the alignment of financial flows with climate, biodiversity and environmental objectives (Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR, Article 29 LEC, EU GBS, etc.).

During his time at the Ministry of Finance, he also took part in the COP 15 biodiversity conference held in Montreal in December 2022 as European negotiator for targets 14, 15 and 16. At the same time, he was seconded to the TNFD to help build the reporting and disclosure framework for biodiversity risks, impacts and dependencies.
