Richard Bellfield

Richard leads Europe’s largest team of ECBA consultants, which supports leading clients across all key markets in the region.
His consulting expertise is particularly focused on executive pay, corporate governance, pay for performance and incentive design, and reward strategy. He regularly advises clients on reward challenges related to transactions, including support for the IPO process in Europe and the US.
Richard’s remuneration committee appointments in the region include many leading global companies as well as selected early-stage growth organisations. He supports a number of leading global companies.
He works extensively with highly international companies based across Europe and beyond to manage compensation and corporate governance challenges in key markets worldwide, including the US.
