Yesim is an Independent and International Finance Corporation (IFC) nominated Board Director serving on multiple boards in Turkiye and Europe. She has more than 30 years of executive experience including full P&L responsibility with multinationals and large corporations like P&G, Danone, Draeger in the fields of Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Life Sciences and lately in Technology. 

Yesim is an Independent Board Member at QNB (Qatar National Bank) as well as Super Film Flexible Packaging Company in Turkiye. She is an International Advisor to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Business Coach and appointed Board Member under European Innovation Council (EIC), Strategic Advisor to CEOs and Boards. Yesim is a Qualified Risk Director®.  She serves on the Supervisory Board of DCRO Institute, as a Board member of Board Members Association in Turkey and a member of the Global Deans Council of Kelley School of Business, USA.
